Rates
US $1750 per week - NO additional service charges or room tax! (maximum 2 persons, no children/smokers/pets)
-  A rental vehicle  (4WD Suzuki Vitara or
    similar) included in the price of the
    cottage.
-  Free transfer from airport or jetty
-  One week minimum stay  (or 5 days if
    arranging a Villa/Yacht package through
    our agent.)
-  15% surcharge for stays over Christmas
    and/or New Year’s, and during the 
    months of February and August
-  Price includes weekly housekeeping. 
-  More frequent maid service can be
    arranged at extra charge.

"JOHN'S RENTAL POLICY " 
Rates are in U.S. Dollars, plus Service. Reservations are not considered confirmed until prepaid in full. Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 10% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be con- firmed until 6 months prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 10% deposit becomes non-refundable. A further payment of 40% is required 6 months prior to the date of arrival and becomes non-refundable 3 months prior to the date of arrival. The remaining 50% of the rental is due 2 months prior to the date of arrival and is completely non-refundable. Deposits are 100% refundable, less a 10% administrative fee and a 2.95% credit card processing fee, only if notice of cancellation is received in writing at least 60-days prior to the date of arrival. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance. John accepts VISA and MasterCard.

Cottage Amenities
The cottage sleeps two (queen size bed). 
In addition to natural trade breezes, the cottage has fans in the bedroom and living rooms. Sinks and shower have warm water. In the kitchen, there is a high-end five burner gas cooktop, refrigerator and tableware for four. Bath towels and bed linen are provided. Phone and Stereo.

Housekeeping Services
Price includes weekly maid service. Your maid will make the bed, launder bed linen and towels, clean the bathroom, mop the floors, wash dishes, take out the garbage, etc.
